(hereinafter referred to as "the Company") hereby establishes this Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as "this Policy") in order to ensure the proper handling of personal information, based on the "Act on the Protection of Personal Information" (hereinafter referred to as the "APPI"), in the course of promoting its business activities.

(d) Inquiry and Support Information: Information provided through user inquiries and support requests (including inquiry content and attachments)
(e) Automatically Collected Information: IP addresses, cookie identifiers, browser types, device information, browsing and activity logs, etc.
(f) Technically Collected Information: Behavioral information obtained via cookies and other technologies, including access analytics, heatmaps, and clear GIFs
(g) Other Information: Information voluntarily provided by users within the scope necessary for the provision of the Company's services
The Company will use the collected personal information for the following purposes:
2.2.1 Provision and Operational Management of Services
For the delivery, maintenance, and improvement of services, creation and management of accounts, user authentication, maintenance of service environment, contract fulfillment, system operations, and performance optimization. This includes processing via tools such as cloud infrastructure providers and device testing environments.
2.2.2 Customer Support and Contract Management
To respond to user inquiries and support requests, manage contracts, invoicing, and payment operations, ensuring smooth service provision and appropriate customer care.
2.2.3 Research and Analysis for Service Improvement and Product Development
To conduct research, testing, analysis, and development activities to understand how services are used and to enhance features and functionalities.
2.2.4 Website and User Experience Optimization
To improve the design, structure, and operation of websites and applications by utilizing data such as browsing history and activity logs to provide a better user experience.
2.2.5 Marketing and Advertising Distribution and Performance Measurement
To deliver targeted advertisements and promotions based on user interests, operate campaigns and webinars, manage promotional sites, and analyze their effectiveness.
2.2.6 Security Measures and Prevention of Misuse
To ensure service security and stability, including detection of unauthorized access, prevention of spam and malicious use, and vulnerability monitoring.
2.2.7 Legal Compliance and Responses to Public Authorities
To comply with legal obligations and respond to requests for disclosure from administrative or judicial authorities.
2.2.8 Use for Machine Learning
To anonymize data generated through service usage for machine learning purposes, in a way that ensures individuals cannot be identified.
The Company collects information through the following means:
(a) Directprovision by the user via forms, registration, or application
(b) Information provided when users contact the Company for inquiries, document requests, or support
(c) Automatic collection through cookies, log files, and tracking technologies
(d) Lawful acquisition from business partners through sales and marketing activities
(e) Acquisition through subcontractors and external service providers, including based on outsourcing agreements
The Company will not provide personal information to third parties without obtaining the prior consent of the individual, except in the following cases:

(b) Where it is necessary to protect the life, body, or property of an individual and it is difficult to obtain the consent of the individual
(c) Where it is particularly necessary for improving public health or promoting the sound growth of children and it is difficult to obtain the consent of the individual
(d) Where it is necessary to cooperate with a national government agency, local government, or a party entrusted by such entities to execute duties prescribed by laws and regulations, and obtaining the consent of the individual may hinder the execution of such duties
(e) Where the recipient is an academic research institution and the information is required for academic research purposes (including where only part of the purpose is for academic research), except where such handling poses an undue risk to the rights and interests of individuals
3.2.1 Purpose of Provision
The Company may provide personal data to third parties for the following purposes:
(a) Sales support and customer relationship management (e.g., use of CRM platforms)
(b) Optimization and performance measurement of advertising distribution (e.g., use of ad platforms)
(c) Improvement of services and delivery of optimal content based on user behavior
(d) Delivery and performance measurement of online advertising
(e) Other purposes necessary for the execution of related operations
3.2.2 Categories and Attributes of Third Parties
(a) Online advertisers engaged in advertising delivery and performance measurement (e.g., ad platform operators)
(b) CRM service providers supporting the Company’s sales and customer management activities
(c) Analytics tool providers for the purpose of service improvement and user analysis
(d) Ad delivery and analytics companies
(e) Other external service providers receiving personal data for limited purposes under contract with the Company
3.2.3 Provision of Cookie and Advertising Data
In addition, the Company may provide personal-related information (e.g., cookie data, advertising identifiers) to third parties for purposes such as advertisement delivery and marketing analysis. Where such information is expected to be treated by the recipient as personal data, the Company will obtain the prior consent of the user.
The Company may provide personal information to its parent company, Autify, Inc., for the following purposes:
(a) To provide guidance and advice regarding the Company’s business policies, management, and operations
(b) To support the Company’s accounting, human resources, legal, and IT functions
(c) To formulate group-wide business strategies, optimize operations, and manage risks
(d) To conduct internal audits, establish legal compliance systems, and enhanceinternal controls
(e) To provide guidance and advice concerning the Company’s governance, audits, compliance, and operations
Inthe future, the Company may provide personal information to third parties basedon Article 27, Paragraph 2 of the APPI, by properly implementing opt-outprocedures.
In providing its services, the Company may entrust the handling of personal data to subcontractors in accordance with Article 27, Paragraph 5, Item 1 of the APPI for the following purposes:
(a) Customer service and sales support (e.g., use of CRM, chat, and support tools)
(b) Document management, file sharing, and contract execution support (e.g., electroniccontract and cloud storage services)
(c) Meeting and communication support (e.g., video conferencing and digital whiteboards)
(d) Knowledge sharing, task management, and reservation management
(e) Provision of cloud infrastructure
(f) System operation and development environments
(g) Webinar and chat operation support
Such subcontractors shall handle personal data under the Company’s instructions and solely within the scope of the purposes defined by the Company. The Company shall enter into appropriate agreements with such subcontractors, exercise necessary and appropriate supervision over them, and implement proper security control measures.
5.1.1 Provision of personal data to third-party services
The Company may provide personal data it handles to third-party services located outside Japan for the following purposes:
(a) Payment processing, accounting, and financial management
(b) Access analytics and website improvement
(c) Marketing automation and user behavior analysis
(d) Use of security and access management tools
(e) SaaS management and operational support
(f) Operational efficiency, including email tracking and translation support

5.1.2 Provision of Personal-Related Information to Third Parties
The Company may also provide personal-related information (such as cookie data and advertising identifiers) to foreign third parties for the purposes of advertisement distribution and marketing analysis. Where such third parties are expected to handle such data as personal data, the Company shall obtain the user's prior consent.
When providing personal information to a foreign third party that maintains a framework conforming to the standards prescribed by the Personal Information Protection Commission for continuously implementing measures equivalent to those required of personal information handling business operators under the APPI, the Company will take necessary measures to ensure the continuous implementation of such equivalent measures.
The Company uses cookies and other tracking or analytics technologies within the following scope of purposes to provide more suitable services on its website.
6.1.1 Purposes of Use
(a) User authentication and session maintenance: To retain login status and display relevant information after login
(b) Acquisition of operational and behavioral data: To understand user behavior through page visits, operational history, and clicks
(c) Service improvement and performance enhancement: To monitor and improve the performance of the site and applications and optimize user experience
(d) Advertisement delivery and performance measurement: To deliver interest-based ads and analyze campaign performance

For the purposes of marketing analysis and service improvement, the Company may obtain personal-related information (such as cookie data, advertising identifiers, and browsing history) from third parties, including advertising agencies and data providers.
Such information will be properly managed in accordance with this Privacy Policy. The Company may utilize third-party services that operate under their own privacy policies. Third Parties Providing Personal-Related Information to Us
The Company appropriately manages the information received from users. Upon the lapse of six (6) months after the termination of the relevant agreement, such information will be automatically deleted. Thereafter, upon the lapse of one (1) additional month, the information will be permanently erased by technical means that render recovery technically impossible. Notwithstanding the foregoing, if the retention of certain information is required pursuant to applicable laws or regulations, such information shall be retained in accordance with such laws or regulations.
When a user deletes their account on the Company’s service, the personal information entered during account creation will be deleted. Such deletion shall take place either immediately or after the applicable retention period.
Personal information collected through the Company’s services is processed in Japan and the United States. The processing of data collected through the services is conducted in accordance with this Policy and the laws of Japan and the United States.
The Company’s website may contain links to external websites operated by other entities. The Company bears no responsibility for the handling of personal information by such third-party websites.
When the Company receives a request from a user for disclosure, etc. regarding their personal information, the Company shall confirm the identity of the user making the request and, in accordance with the APPI, respond as follows. However, if the Company is not obligated to disclose such information under the APPI or other applicable laws and regulations, or if such disclosure would significantly interfere with the Company’s business operations, violate applicable laws, or impair the security of personal information, the Company may not comply with the request.
11.1.1 Disclosure of Personal Information and Records of Provision to Third Parties
Upon request, the Company will disclose personal information and records of provision to third parties by providing electronic records or written documents without delay.
11.1.2 Correction, Addition, or Deletion of Personal Information
If a user requests correction, addition, or deletion of their personal information on the grounds that it is inaccurate, the Company shall conduct the necessary investigation without delay, and based on the results, make the necessary changes and notify the user.
11.1.3 Suspension of Use or Provision of Personal Information
If a user requests the suspension of use or deletion of personal information, or suspension of its provision to third parties due to the following grounds, the Company will conduct the necessary investigation and take appropriate action based on the results, and notify the user:
(a) The information is being used beyond the scope of the stated purpose of use
(b) The information was obtained through fraudulent means
(c) The information was provided to a third party without the user’s consent and in violation of the APPI
(d) The Company no longer needs to use the personal information
(e) There has been a personal information leakage incident
